Anne Doyle joins River House Restaurant & Raw Bar chef John Varanese in the kitchen to talk about preparations for this year’s Kentucky Derby weekend. The waterfront restaurant expects to handle the equivalent of three weeks’ worth of business in just three days. River House is open for lunch and dinner all week from 11:00am-11:00pm, with a special Sunday brunch buffet after Derby from 10:00am-3:00pm.
